Job responsibilities:

1. Have less than 3 years of experience in purchasing and managing digital communication equipment PCBA.
    Mainly responsible for daily work allocation and management of the factory procurement department.

2. Possess good communication skills, able to coordinate factory production, process, engineering, quality and
    other units, and complete procurement work in a timely and orderly manner.

3. Responsible for the full lifecycle management and control of PCBA related products, ensuring the successful
    delivery of the project;

4. Effectively identify and manage key issues and risks, and regularly report project progress to superiors.

5. Based on procurement management tools and methods, manage the entire process from order management
    to cost control stocking strategies, effectively coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure the expected results are achieved.

6. Review requirements specifications, develop project priority plans, quantify tasks, processes, and outcome goals,
    and reasonably coordinate and allocate corresponding resources to timely promote the resolution of problems during the project process.

7. Timely summarize and regularly report during the procurement management process, form project and organizational assets,
    and implement systematic improvements.

8. Assist Sourcing in identifying the cost space of key components, focusing on alternative identification and implementation;

9. Project schedule coordination: Assist procurement in completing NPI bottleneck material requirements based on critical paths,
    and timely meet delivery requirements; Synchronize and coordinate with various units in the factory on production capacity, BOM version,
    and other related matters to quickly achieve mass production conditions.

Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of project management and supply chain experience in related industries, familiar with PCBA related raw materials
    (such as PCB, IC, resistance capacitance sensor, connectors, etc.)

2. Have experience in server new product introduction and project management, strong project coordination ability, and strong cost control ability;

3. Possess good communication skills, stress resistance, project management skills, and teamwork spirit, be patient and responsible, and have strong achievement oriented and resilience;

4. Project management experience is preferred;

Job responsibilities:

1. Project quotation: Provide inquiry information in a timely manner, follow up on quotations and comparisons,
    and input them into the system in a timely manner;

2. Order delivery: Based on customer needs and PMC confirmation, place an order and promptly follow up and coordinate delivery

3. Acceptance processing: Follow up logistics in a timely manner based on the confirmed delivery date,
   and coordinate receipt and recording of goods;

4. Quality handling: Assist in handling incoming material quality issues and production line defects,
    follow up on incoming, return, exchange, and repair;

5. Reconciliation and payment: Follow up with supplier reconciliation, invoice reminders,
    and timely payment requests according to the agreed accounting period;

Qualification requirements:

1. Regardless of gender, with a bachelor's degree or above and at least 3 years of experience in procurement and tracking;

2. Have procurement experience in electronic manufacturing factories (EMS, industrial control, security and other industries);

3. Familiar with semiconductor components, including IC and separation devices, familiar with well-known brand manufacturers and their agents;

4. Able to handle inquiries in a timely manner, coordinate stocking, follow up on delivery times, and handle quality issues;

5. Proactive and possess good cross departmental coordination and communication skills;

6. Proficient in using ERP, commonly used office software, Excel formula functions, and pivot tables;

7. Have the ability to withstand pressure, have a certain level of professional literacy, and have procurement training experience is preferred.
